Agreement to Terms

Welcome to WHP Winter Haven Pool Care. By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before scheduling any pool service with us.

These terms apply to all customers who book pool cleaning, maintenance, repair, or inspection services through our website, phone, or in person. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

Services We Provide

WHP Winter Haven Pool Care offers professional pool cleaning and maintenance services to residential customers in Winter Haven, FL and surrounding areas. Our services include:

  • Weekly pool cleaning and maintenance
  • One-time and deep cleaning services
  • Green pool treatment and algae removal
  • Pool filter cleaning and replacement
  • Pool equipment repairs
  • Pool tile cleaning and calcium removal
  • Pool opening and closing services
  • Pool inspection services

We reserve the right to refuse service if we determine that the work is unsafe, requires specialized equipment we do not have, or falls outside our scope of expertise.

Scheduling and Cancellations

When you schedule a service with us, we will confirm your appointment by phone or email. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

We make every effort to arrive during your scheduled time window. If we are running late due to weather or an emergency, we will contact you as soon as possible. If we need to reschedule, we will work with you to find a convenient alternative time.

Pricing and Payment

We provide free quotes for all services. Prices are based on the size of your pool, the type of service needed, and the current condition of your pool. Final pricing will be confirmed before we begin any work.

Payment is due at the time of service unless we have made other arrangements with you. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For weekly service contracts, payment can be made monthly or per visit, depending on your preference.

If additional work is needed beyond the original scope, we will notify you and get your approval before proceeding. You will only be charged for services you have authorized.

Access to Your Property

By scheduling service, you grant us permission to enter your property to access your pool. If your pool area is locked or gated, you must provide us with access information or be present during the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that we have safe access to your pool. This includes clearing walkways, securing pets, and removing any obstacles that could prevent us from performing our work safely.

Liability and Insurance

WHP Winter Haven Pool Care is fully insured. We take great care when working on your property and use professional techniques to minimize any risk of damage. However, in the unlikely event that our work causes damage to your property, our insurance will cover reasonable repairs.

You are responsible for maintaining your pool equipment in working condition. We are not liable for equipment failures that result from age, wear and tear, or pre-existing damage. We will notify you if we discover equipment problems during our service.

Service Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours and we will return to address any issues at no additional charge. Our goal is to make sure your pool is clean, safe, and swim-ready.

Please note that some pool conditions, such as severe algae blooms or equipment failures, may require multiple treatments or repairs. We will explain what is needed and provide realistic timeframes for getting your pool back to perfect condition.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated terms on our website with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after any changes means you accept the updated terms.
